Q QualiCenter |
iQ-QualiCenter
goes beyond mere evenness measurement providing total quality
measurement and analysis of yarn, sliver and roving. Critical
quality parameters such as count, hairiness and nep classification
of yarn are determined simultaneously. Long term trends and
comparative assessment of quality can be easily carried out.
The parallel measurement of yarn, roving/sliver saves not
only the test time and manpower cost but quickens the corrective
response time.

Evenness
Unevenness U% (within the range 0.5 to 40 %)
Coefficient of Variation CV% (within the range 0.5 to
40 %)
Coefficient of variation at different cut lengths (1,
3, 10, 50 or 100m and for the inert and half-inert modes)
Index of Irregularity (Ratio of the actual unevenness
to the ideal unevenness with staple fibre material)
Imperfections:
Thick places : +35%, +50%, +70%, +100%
Thin places : - 30%, - 40%, - 50%, - 60%
Neps : +140%,+200%,+280%,+400%
(Results at the above sensitivity levels can be viewed
or printed out simultaneously)
Relative Count (Percentage count variation of the tested
material between samples in a series of measurements
with conversion of the mean value to 100%)
Maximum and minimum values for mass at cut lengths 1,
3, 10m and for the half inert cut lengths
