Technical Specifications - Premier Class i
Premier Class i, works on the proven and universally standard capacitance principle. It uses state-of-the-art digital signal processing to detect and classify yarn faults into the familiar classification of 23 classes. In addition, Class i includes 10 additional classes for better process optimisation. Class i can be used for studying the efficiency of the yarn clearing process as well as for the identification and prevention of seldom occurring faults. It also provides inbuilt standards and customised mill standards for comparison.
Application Results 
Numerical Results Counting and classification of Faults into the familiar 23 class categories from A1 to I2 (both absolute and converted to standard test length of 100 Km)
  Additional 10 classes (A0, B0, C0, D0, - b1, - b2, - c1, - c2, - d1, - d2)
  Drum-wise information on yarn faults
  Results in comparison with either Premier or Mill statistics.
